Prepare the Equipment
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all bolts, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the exterior of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
