Seven machined aluminum pulleys and 5mm commercial-grade nylon cables deliver fluid pulls through every rep.

Laser-cut indexing keeps every rep repeatable, while dual-grip handles let you quickly switch between a vertical grip for pec flys and a horizontal grip for reverse deltoid sets.
