The safety bars, constructed from heavy-duty 3 x 3-inch 11-gauge steel, incorporates a J-hook style mounting system that allows you to install the Bars to your Rack within seconds. Easily clip the mounting system into the uprights by inserting the pin and twisting the bars down. No hardware is required. The top of the Safety Catches features a protective durable plastic liner that spans the entire safety bar to protect both the barbell's knurl and the Power Rack's uprights.
