The Sphere Grip Pull-Up Bar offers unlimited grip choices for pull-ups and chin-ups, allowing you to work with various muscle groups. This versatile and compact training station attaches to your T-3, X-3, or TITAN Series Power rack with the addition of a Crossmember Stabilizer, sold separately. Build forearm and grip strength with the versatility of the multiple training options. The outside neutral grips feature fat diameters while the rest are sized standard. The 3-inch spheres are spaced 16-inches on the center, while the 4-inch spheres are spaced 32-inches on the center. If you are looking for a new way to improve your grip strength and work different muscles, the Sphere Grip Pull-Up Bar is your attachment.

NOTE: If you are mounting the Sphere Grip Pull-Up Bar onto the TITAN Series Power Rack you will need the TITAN Series Crossmember Stabilizer. Additionally, the Pull-Up Bar will mount slightly off-center due to the 19 laser-cut hole pattern in the TITAN Series Crossmember vs the 20 hole pattern in the T-3 and X-3 Series.
