The Pivoting Triceps Bar, created to reduce stress on your elbows, is constructed for the highest-level performance in training a variety of presses and curls. Crafted with an open-ended frame that features swivel knurled handles and Olympic-sized weight sleeves. The bars rotating handles provide a complete contraction of the lateral head of the triceps, as well as minimize the stress on the elbows that often comes with this exercise. The handles revolve on twin roller bearings, providing a smooth rotation no matter how much weight you have on the bar. Made to support a weight capacity of up to 360 LB, this Triceps Bar allows for a versatile range of movements in weighted lunges, squats, standing bicep curls, and more while maintaining balance for overhead presses and shrugs.
