The Cambered Multi-Grip Bar is a specialty training Olympic barbell outfitted to reduce unnecessary strain on your wrists and shoulders. The bend helps stabilize your center of gravity, boosting the security and safety of the exercise. The design allows you to gain a greater range of motion. It features three various knurled textured grips with a single knurl mark to help keep a center hold on the bar. One set is angled 30-degrees and spaced 10-in. apart, and two sets of neutral grips spaced at 20-in. and 28.5-in. apart. Combined with the multiple grips, you can target specific muscle groups with ease.
