The Economy Series Bumper Plates are sized to international Weightlifting Federation (IWF) standards. They are available in pairs of 10, 15, and 25 LB, sold individually in 35, 45, 55, and 100 LB, and offered as a complete 230 LB set. Crafted with durable steel cores enclosed in a stylish black gloss rubber coating, they're made to withstand vigorous workouts and maintain their shape over time. These Olympic weight plates fit standard 2" barbells and have raised edges for easy handling when adding or removing weight or when using for free-plate exercises like weighted sit-ups, bent-over rows, squats, lunges, and presses.
