This space savings pulley system is designed to deliver the same training benefits of a traditional Lat Pulldown Machine with the perk of a Low Row attachment to target your arms and back – building your biceps, rhomboids, and trapezius muscles altogether. Both Lat Pulldown and Low Row handles are included with our Lat Tower Attachment, but weight plates must be purchased separately. The bolt-together installation ensures this attachment is securely fitted within your T-2 Series Power Rack.
