This machine holds up to 700 LB and works with your regular 2" Olympic plates, so you can keep leveling up with the plates you already own. Flip-up racking handles let you lock and unlock the carriage without exiting the machine or breaking your flow. Dial in your start and stop points to match your natural range of motion to protect your knees, hips, and back.
