The bolt-together installation ensures this attachment is securely fitted within your T-3 or X-3 Series Bolt Down Short Power Rack. With dual loadable weight plate sleeves, you can slowly work up to higher intensity workouts with a weight capacity of up to 300 LB. The tower includes carabiners that attach to the lat pulldown and low row handles, a nylon pulley cable system, and a diamond-textured footplate.
