The Reverse Hyperextensions Lower Body Machine or H-PND is constructed to tighten and tone your body for the highest level of performance. This hyperextension will target your lower back, glutes, legs, hamstrings, and calves while helping increase the flexibility of your hips. Furthermore, you can use the machine to do pull-throughs and single-arm rows. Crafted with an all-steel frame, the H-PND features a hefty pad, a loadable Olympic-sized weight plate sleeve, durable steps, grip handles, a hyper strap, spring collars, and rubber feet. Additionally, we have included a cross brace to increase the difficulty.
