The 2:1 cable ratio lets you tailor your workouts—go heavy for muscle building or lighter for high-rep, joint-friendly sessions. With 3 FT of working space on each side, this machine allows for greater freedom of movement during high and low pulley exercises.

Equipped with four 9.75" Olympic plate sleeves, it holds up to 220 LB per side for fully customizable resistance.

Designed to fit under 8 FT ceilings, it's ideal for home and garage gyms and slides against the wall for easy, space-saving storage when you're done training.
